These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SID Masterclass website and services. By purchasing or accessing our masterclass you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase our masterclass.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Sharing your login is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access without refund.
3. License
Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the masterclass content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content — videos, text, templates, prompts, graphics and community materials — is owned by SID Masterclass or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display or create derivative works without prior written permission.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Downloading, screen-recording or redistributing masterclass content.
- Sharing account credentials with others.
- Using the community to spam, harass or promote unrelated services.
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to breach the security of our platform.
6. Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party gateways. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Learning Outcomes Disclaimer
The masterclass is educational in nature. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, business, career, or financial outcomes. Individual results depend on personal effort, prior experience and market conditions. See our Disclaimer.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse our platform. No refund will be issued in such cases.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SID Masterclass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
