Refund Policy
We want you to actually implement what you learn inside the SID Masterclass.
Because this is a digital educational product that provides immediate access to training and resources, our refund policy is structured around genuine implementation rather than a simple change-of-mind refund.
30-Day Implementation-Based Refund Policy
Refund requests are not accepted immediately after purchase simply because you changed your mind.
You must first give the system a genuine opportunity to work by completing the required implementation steps described below.
Subject to applicable law, refund requests may be submitted only after 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.
Refund Requirements
To be eligible to request a refund, you must:

Follow the SID Method
You must genuinely implement the framework taught inside the masterclass, including creating and setting up your digital product using the methods demonstrated in the training.

Create Your Digital Product
You must make a genuine attempt to create your own digital product by following the process taught inside the masterclass.

If you are stuck, unable to create your product, confused about implementation, or unable to move forward, contact our support team first at:

Give the System a Genuine Attempt
A refund is not intended for a simple change of mind, failure to watch the training, failure to implement the framework, or failure to make a genuine attempt.
We'll Still Stand Behind the Training
If you have:
- Completed the full masterclass
- Followed the training and implementation process
- Made a genuine attempt to create your digital product
- Contacted our support team for help
- Given our support team a reasonable opportunity to help you
and you are still genuinely unable to implement the system, you may submit a refund request after the 30-day period.
If your refund request satisfies the requirements of this policy, we will refund 100% of the eligible purchase amount.
Refund Process

Include:
- Your full name
- Purchase email
- Order/payment reference
- Purchase date
- Confirmation that you completed the masterclass
- Evidence of your implementation
- Description of the problem you encountered
- Details of the support you received
- Explanation of why you were still unable to implement the system
We may request reasonable evidence necessary to verify eligibility under this policy.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the 100% eligible purchase amount will be initiated within 7 working days.
The time required for the amount to actually appear in your bank account or payment method may additionally depend on the payment processor or financial institution.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Subject to applicable law, refund requests may be rejected where:
- The request is submitted before 30 calendar days from purchase.
- The masterclass has not been completed.
- There is no genuine attempt to implement the training.
- The purchaser has not attempted to create a digital product using the taught framework.
- The purchaser has not contacted support before requesting a refund where support could reasonably assist.
- The request is based solely on a change of mind.
- The purchaser expected guaranteed income or guaranteed business results.
- The purchaser violated the Terms & Conditions.
- The purchaser shared, redistributed, resold or improperly accessed the training.
Important Result Disclaimer
Purchasing SID masterclass does not guarantee income, sales, customers, profit or any specific business outcome.
The refund policy is based on genuine implementation and inability to implement the taught system after completing the required process. It is not an income guarantee.
Legal Savings Clause
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove, restrict or override any consumer right, statutory right, remedy or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer remedy, that legal right will continue to apply.
